With the advent of streaming services, over-the-top or OTT platforms are touted to be the future of the Indian Media & Entertainment industry. With their diverse content and growing audience, the digital platforms are anticipated to be the new normal for movie buffs. Covid-19 has further propelled the growth of a segment which was already booming.

The closure of cinema halls has led to the emergence of OTT as the new big screen. The unprecedented situation has led to a complete overhaul of the ever-evolving dynamics of OTT business in India. As comfortable as it is to have movies and shows broadcasted straight to your homes, one must stop and ponder the effect it has on the younger generations. With close to no parental control or censorship, OTT platforms have become somewhat of a menace. Join our enthralling conclave and present your views on this hot topic!

‘Sthaapna – Think for India’ provides the unheard voices with a forum to express their imagination and creativity.

This research conclave calls for young students to present research reports on one of the various web series released on OTT platforms and its implications on the younger generations. Come & register, and get a chance to win exciting cash prizes!
Details of the conclave and terms of participation are attached in the PDF below.
