Drafting is a key to success for a law student as it is very necessary for the legal field. Through this course, we will teach you the fundamentals of Criminal Drafting. To excel in the field of law one must learn basic work for drafting. This course will help you to become a good professional.

Eligibility

All law students and Professionals.

The Course is comprised of the following Modules:

  1. Legal Notice.
  2. FIR & Complaints with Condonation of Delay
  3. Bail Application
  4. Draft a complaint u/s 138 of NI Act.
  5. Interim Application(s).
  6. How to draft a complaint in a non-cognizable offense.
  7. How to draft a general diary entry.

NOTE: Live sessions will be conducted on the availability of the Course Instructor.
