“Ley-Keen” celebrating its 1 year of completion on 13th September 2020, for this occasion we want to arrange a fruitful Keen Talk Show for our law students/professionals which we want to be cater by the greatest professional named Dr. Kislay Panday about his Professional Journey, with respect to their skillset and path from a “Law student to a successful Solicitor”
About Speaker:
· Mr. Kislay Panday is a solicitor before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
· Mr. Kislay Panday is basically known for his law proficiency in cases related to Financial Transactions, Banking Disputes, Property Disputes and Company Matters.
· Presently, Mr. Kislay Panday is heading world’s 2nd largest law company; Managium Juris – The law pleaders and consultants.
· According to a recent online survey on web portals, he has been considered as the best young lawyer across the nation.
· Mr. Panday is also connected with a lot of national and international bodies such as International Law Association, Global Lawyers Association, World board of Consultants, International Legal Assistance Association and many other organisation under various disciplines.
· He is also well-known for his activities through Infova Foundation; a non-profit organisation to support the under-privileged and weak people in the society.
· He has successfully represented before Supreme Court of India a murder case of Sr. Journalist Rajdev Ranjan and won against Mohammad Shahabuddin who is most dreaded and dangerous criminal turned politician and thereby got M Shahabuddin shifted from Siwan Bihar State to Tihar Jail at Delhi.
· He had also represented a famous corruption case against Arvind Kejriwal and his relative.
