Internship Opportunity at ILS, Centre for Health Equity, Law and Policy [C-HELP]: Apply by Sep 10

About the Organisation

The Centre for Health Equity, Law and Policy (C-HELP) is a new initiative of the Indian Law Society, Pune. It aims to advance and improve health delivery, access and outcomes through the creation, sharing and use of knowledge on health-related law and policy as informed by India’s constitutional framework, and her international commitments including the Sustainable Development Goals.

About the Internship

Interns will be expected to assist with research for and development of knowledge products on matters related to health, law and policy. The current public health crisis in India has resulted in many policy and legal developments, and interns can expect to work on these emerging issues. They will have the opportunity to learn about the policy and legal frameworks governing health in India.

At the minimum, applicants should have completed three years of study in the five-year integrated law course, and two years of study in the three-year programme. Good research, analytical and writing skills and a working knowledge of English are necessary attributes.

C-HELP follows a strict non-discrimination policy and encourages students from all backgrounds to apply.

Stipend
